AMPLIFY LOVE WEDDINGS
Terms of Service
Effective October 2, 2026
One private wedding plan, one payment. Amplify Love Weddings is owned and operated by Natalia Love Angelou in Ontario, Canada. These terms govern your use of Amplify Love Weddings Planner. By creating an account or using the planner, you agree to these terms. Contact hello@amplifyloveweddings.com with questions.
What the planner provides
The planner lets you organize a wedding budget, guests, seating, vendors, checklist, timeline, vision, notes and ceremony in one private online plan. You enter and maintain the details. It does not send invitations, collect guest RSVPs directly, book vendors, or provide professional event planning or officiant services as part of the software purchase.
Who can use the planner
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the planner. If you are planning a legal marriage, you are responsible for meeting the marriage requirements where your ceremony will take place. Using the planner does not establish eligibility to marry.
Accounts and access
Keep your sign-in credentials and invitation links secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One purchase unlocks one wedding plan, and you may invite one partner to collaborate on that same plan without another purchase. Do not resell access or share an account with unrelated people.
A tool to support your planning
The planner helps you organize your ideas and decisions. It does not guarantee a particular wedding outcome, vendor availability, budget result or the legal validity of a ceremony. Check important details with your vendors and officiant, and confirm any legal requirements with the relevant authority. This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
Price and payment
The current founding price is CA$39 as a one-time payment for one wedding plan, with no monthly subscription. The checkout page shows the total, including any applicable tax, before you pay. Stripe processes payment. Access is granted after the payment is confirmed. A one-time payment does not include other wedding services, a second plan or a guarantee that the service will operate indefinitely. Prices may change for new customers. If you’ve already purchased a plan, you won’t owe more for that plan.
Refunds and purchase problems
Because this is a digital product delivered through an online account, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind after purchase. If you were charged incorrectly, access did not unlock, or the planner was not delivered as described, email hello@amplifyloveweddings.com with your purchase email and the issue so we can investigate and provide a remedy where appropriate. This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund or other rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Your content and privacy
You keep your rights to the wedding details, photos and original writing you enter. You give us permission to store, process and display that content to provide the planner to you and authorized plan members. Make sure you have permission to upload photos and use information about guests and vendors. Do not upload unlawful material or use the service to harm others. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
Ceremony content and software
The planner’s software, design and provided ceremony collection belong to us or our licensors. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the planner and adapt its provided ceremony passages for your own wedding. You may print or share your own ceremony draft with people involved in your wedding. You may not sell, republish or distribute the template library or the software as a separate product. Public-domain readings, where identified, remain public domain.
WILLOW writing assistance
When enabled, each wedding plan includes up to 30 successful WILLOW suggestions, shared between partners. The allowance does not renew and cannot be reset by restoring a backup. WILLOW uses AI to suggest wording from content you select. Suggestions can contain errors; review names, facts, promises and ceremony wording with your officiant. Suggestions do not replace legal or officiant advice. Choosing the one-click ceremony update applies revised wording directly to your editable draft and saves it with your plan. Review the updated draft before printing or sharing it. You can edit the wording yourself, and manual editing remains available after the allowance is used. Use only passages you have permission to submit for processing. Technical failures may temporarily affect availability.
Availability and your backups
We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, outages and changes may occur. Please download a backup of your plan periodically; the planner offers an export, and your browser may retain a local safety copy. If we decide to discontinue the service, we will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice and a chance to export your plan, where practical. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every device or browser will work perfectly.
Ending access
You may stop using the service and request account deletion by emailing us. We may suspend access for misuse, security threats or unlawful activity, and will take reasonable steps to explain or resolve the issue when appropriate. Legal recordkeeping obligations may require us to retain limited purchase information.
Limits and applicable law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for costs or losses arising from decisions made using information you enter, third-party vendors, or interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable Canadian law.
Changes
We may update these terms for future use of the service. We will post the revised date and provide notice of material changes where practical. If a change materially affects your existing purchase, contact us to discuss it.
