Privacy Policy

Your wedding plan is personal. Amplify Love Weddings is owned and operated by Natalia Love Angelou in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains how your information is saved and protected when you visit the site, create an account, buy access or use your private wedding plan. What you choose to save
You decide what goes into your wedding plan. We store those details so you can return to your plans and access them across devices.
- Your account: your email address and an account ID let you sign in to your private plan. If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares basic profile details for that purpose. We do not request access to your Google Drive, contacts or calendar, and we do not see your password.
- Your planning details: the information you choose to enter, such as your wedding date, guest list, budget, notes, vows and ceremony draft.
- Your photos: we save photos only when you choose to upload them for your planning process, such as your couple photo or vision board. We do not access your device’s photo library to collect other pictures.
- Your purchase: we keep a payment confirmation and transaction reference to unlock your plan and help with purchase questions. Stripe handles payment details; we do not store full card numbers.
- Keeping things working: our service providers may record basic browser, device and connection details to keep the planner running and help protect your account.
Why these details are saved
Your information helps the planner do what you expect: sign you in, save your work, keep your plan in sync and let you download backups and exports. If you invite your partner, they can work in the same plan. We also use the details needed to handle payments, answer support questions, protect the service and meet legal requirements.
Your photos and writing are not public. They are not displayed to other customers or affiliates, sold, or used in our advertising. WILLOW processes selected ceremony information only when you choose to use it, as explained below. There are no ads or sponsored recommendations inside the planner.
Google sign-in
When you choose Google sign-in, we use the basic profile and email information Google provides only to authenticate you and maintain your account. It is stored with your account and used only as needed to operate sign-in and the planner. You can choose email/password sign-in instead. You can revoke the app’s Google access in your Google Account; contact us to request deletion of your planner account and associated data.
Who can see a plan
Your wedding plan is private. Only you and a partner who accepts your invitation can open it in the planner. Your guest list, budget, photos, vows and notes are not visible to other users. Keep your invitation link private, since anyone who accepts it can join your plan.
We treat your photos, writing and wedding details as confidential. Limited authorized technical access may be needed for support, security or legal requirements. The service providers that host and store the planner process information as described below.
How we keep the planner running
We use service providers to host the website and save accounts, plans and private photos. Stripe processes payments, and Google is used only if you choose Google sign-in. These providers receive the information needed to provide those services. Some information may be processed outside Canada, including in the United States. We do not sell your wedding plan.
WILLOW writing assistance
WILLOW is an optional AI writing assistant powered by OpenAI. When you choose a WILLOW writing action, we send your planner names, selected tone and the story answers, vow answers or ceremony draft needed for that action. Your guest list, budget, photos and officiant paperwork are not included. The one-click ceremony update applies the revised wording directly to your editable ceremony draft and saves it with your private plan. Review the updated draft afterward and edit any wording you want to change. OpenAI does not use API content for model training by default; content may be retained for abuse monitoring under its policies, including processing outside Canada. We request that responses are not stored for later retrieval. You can use all manual ceremony tools without WILLOW.
Browser storage and security
The planner uses browser storage to maintain your sign-in and a local safety copy of your plan so you can recover from an interrupted save. Clearing browser data can remove that local copy. We use access controls and private photo storage to limit access to plan members, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Download a backup if you want your own copy.
Your plan and your choices
Your plan stays in your account while you use the planner. You can edit it and download a backup whenever you like. If you want to see, correct or delete information in your account, email hello@amplifyloveweddings.com. We’ll confirm the request with you, especially if a partner shares the plan, since deleting it would affect both of you. We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal requirements; some payment records must be kept for accounting or tax purposes.
Who the planner is for
The planner is intended for account holders aged 18 or older. Guest lists may include children; that does not give them an account or access to your plan.
Information about other people
You decide what guest and vendor information to enter. Please collect and use their details responsibly and only for planning your wedding. The planner does not send invitations or messages to guests.
Updates
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above shows the latest version; material changes will be communicated through the website or your account where practical.
